Rumours are that, it comes with all basic sensors ,but this nokia E1 is including one led for notifications that they haven't done with Nokia 3, Nokia 5,Nokia 6, and Nokia 8.

It comes with 16GB internal memory with 2GB RAM, 16M display color processor ia qualcomm snapdragong 425 quad core of clock speed 1.4Ghz, 720p Hd display with 5.2 inches of screen, 13mp rear and 5mp front camera.
So that's all we can say that its a compatible of Nokia 3 but processor is differs as it goes with qualcomm 425 chipset.
