Oppo R11 'King of Glory' edition coming next week. Oppo has announced yet another limited edition variant of its  R11  smartphone: King of Glory. The model in question is being launched to celebrate the anniversary of the multiplayer online battle arena. Like the  FC Barcelona  and  TFBOYS editions of the R11, this new limited edition model also has a 18k gold-plated badge on the rear. Coloring scheme consists of red and black, while UI elements are also customized. The R11 'King of Glory' edition will go on sale September 29. Pricing information, however, isn't currently known. Google ads Earth stunning crowdsourced photos from uses around the world The ever-impressive Google Earth saw a sizeable update this year that included new features like guided tours, knowledge cards, and 3D views. Allowing us to see the world from the comfort of our own home is the goal of the Google Earth team, and to that end, it's added another viewpoint with beautiful images crowdsourced from users around the globe. To activate the feature, on desktop or mobile, go to the hamburger menu in the top left and then turn on the  Photos  toggle. This will fill the earth with small photo circles, and when you click on one, you'll see an image taken by a someone in that location. As you zoom in, more and more circles appear, and each one you click on usually has a few related photos behind it that you can scroll through. Panasonic  on Tuesday officially  announced the launch of the  Eluga Ray 500  and the  Eluga Ray 700  in India, although the smartphone were listed on Flipkart for a few days now. The newest pair of smartphones in the Eluga Ray series offer stock Android experience and a fingerprint sensor, among other things, at a budget price point. Notably, the cheaper Eluga Ray 500 also offers a dual rear camera setup. The smartphones will be available from Thursday exclusively on Flipkart. But what if you could give your oral health a boost by receiving a  vaccine   on top of your regular dental care routine? Researchers from the  Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIOV)  of the  Chinese Academy of Sciences  are working on such a vaccine, and their study has just been published in  Scientific Reports. Led by WIOV scientist Yan Huimin, the researchers tested a fusion of proteins to prevent the development of dental caries. Better known as dental cavities, caries is caused by the bacteria Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans). In previous studies, the Chinese researchers had attempted to protect against caries by fusing the recombinant PAc (rPAc) proteins of S. mutans with the C-terminal of E. coli-derived recombinant flagellin (KF) proteins.
